Lindy Miller

Professional experience

Lindy joined Lee & Lyons in June 2010. She has recently completed her Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Business Administration at Macquarie University, and plans to commence her Practical Legal Training in October 2010 with the College of Law.

Lindy's insurance litigation experience includes:

• Assisting in the day to day preparation of claims for indemnity under section 151Z of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.
• Assisting with the defence of workers compensation claims on matters arising out of claims from weekly benefits, lump sum compensation including damages for pain and suffering.
• Assisting in the preparation of a claim involved a slip and fall at a large retail shop and Assisting with a large discovery matter on behalf of an engineering firm in relation to a claim regarding the design and construction of a cable tunnel.
